Barso Acres is dedicated to Matt Barsamian.

Laurie and Jeff Labie opened Barso Acres in 2020 and named the location in memory of their cousin.

One of Matt’s mantras in life was “NEXT PLAY." Matt believed essentially, “Forget about what just happened, focus on the future, the next step, the next play… move forward, do better, be better.” He was an inspiration to all who met him—on and off the Columbia football field.
